We target companies that are post-concept, revenue generating companies with near-term profit potential. We evaluate companies by their potential to become leaders within markets that we view as sufficiently large with attractive growth potential.
We are a diversified fund, investing in deals ranging from venture capital to leveraged buyouts. We are also interested in management buyout situations as well as recapitalizations that provide liquidity or estate planning options for private owners.
Our typical investment size ranges from $500,000 to $4 million.
